SQE

Responsibilities:

  • New supplier audit and improvement,
  • Monitor supplier advance production plan process to ensure supplier can smoothly introduce new project or parts.
  • PPAP documentation checking and approve.
  • New project Process control and improvement in supplier site.
  • Give support on sample period and make sure can be move to series production.
  • Current supplier quality performance monitoring and improvement
  • Reduce PPM to meet JCB China target.

Requirements:

  • University graduate majored in mechanical design or manufacturing engineering.
  • Rich experience in casting/or welding/or engine.
  • At least 5 years of SDE/SQE working experience.
  • Good supplier quality management skill.
  • Familiar with quality variety quality and shop floor management tools. Six Sigma, Lean is preferred.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • Familiar with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, ISO 9001, TS16949,.
  • Spoken and written English skill.

Warranty Specialist

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for judging warranty claim application from dealers.
  • Responsible for summiting warranty claim application to suppliers.
  • Responsible for statistics of warranty claim application.
  • Implement warranty claim training for dealers.

Requirements

  • University graduate majored in construction machinery, machine design, hydraulic technique or related disciplines.
  • Good communications skill and language ability.
  • Strong team spirit.
  • At least 3 years of field service experience on excavator.
  • Good spoken and written English skill.

Purchasing Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Identify Purchasing requirement in JCB overseas BUs and promote commodity opportunities in China
  • Verifying new suitable export suppliers for parts and component used on Construction machinery.
  • RFQ to supplier and analyze the breakdown quotation from each supplier;
  • Negotiate the price, payment term, lead time and other commercial terms with supplier;
  • Identify, develop and manage sample project plan with supplier, with on-time delivery on the project.
  • Develop the supplier to JCB standard, follow JCB procedure, utilizing SDE, engineering and QA people support;
  • Maintain good relationship within JCB and suppliers under his/her responsible;
  • Work with SDE team to improve supplier quality and delivery performance;
  • Benchmark the supply market to support the purchase management on commodity strategy;
  • Implement the commodity strategy and supplier strategy from Global Purchase Management.
  • Periodically Offering communications /updates between suppliers and JCB overseas Bus and Management team.

Requirements:

  • Integrity and Honesty a must;
  • Self driven and Innovative.
  • Bachelor degree or above, prefer ably in mechanical or engineering.
  • 3~5 years purchase experience, preferably in construction equipment industry;
  • Specific knowledge of below components would be an advantage.
    • Axle Beam, Arm, Planetary Hub, Gearbox cases, lays shaft, Clutches.
    • Drive Head, Gears Brake piston
    • Engine Block, Engine cylinder head, Camshaft.
  • Good interpersonal communication skill. Good English in both writing and speaking;
  • Willing to travel extensively
  • Preferably strong project management skills
  • Previous working within a transmission or/and engine company would be an advantage

Dealer Development Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all JCB China Dealers meet minimum Corp ID Facility Standards
  • Interact with Sales, Service & Parts departments regularly to monitor Dealer activity
  • Coordinate Dealer Development incentive programs
  • Evaluate Financial Statements of potential and existing Dealers
  • Monitor Dealer Cash Flow and Key Financial Ratios
  • Oversee management of administrative responsibilities for Distribution Department, eg. budget
  • Monitor and coordinate Dealer Start Up Process
  • Coordinate search for and maintain database of potential Dealer candidates
  • Maintain Dealer Database
  • Administer new Dealer applications and coordinate evaluation process
  • Monitor Dealer territory coverage and verify territory coverage requirements being met by each Dealer
  • Create new dealer proposals for submission to UK
  • Coordinate and document all communications with Dealers
  • Administer Dealer Agreements, coordinate legal procedings and Dealer disputes
  • Analyze competitive distribution channels, incentives, and programs
  • Support relationship with Retail Finance Partners and investigate alternative financial tools
  • Coordinate implementation of CRM systems with Sales and Dealer Personnel
  • Function as liaison with sign manufacturers and third party suppliers
  • Investigate alternative distribution channels

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field
  • 4 years of experience in Distribution, Dealer Development and/or Marketing, Credit and preferred in the Construction Equipment Industry
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work within a team environment
  • Outstanding presentation skills – self-confident in English & Chinese
  • Creative and analytical
  • Willingness to travel as required
